This delicious Pumpkin Spice Creamer is easy to whip together in a blender and just shouts fall with its warming blend of spices and our Bee Kind Vanilla Infused Honey. Double the recipe if you'd like a few days worth to keep in the fridge. Our recipe is adapted from one found at Eating Bird Food.
Pumpkin Spice Creamer
Makes 3-4 servings
1 1/3 cup milk or non-dairy milk (we used oat milk)
1/4 cup canned pumpkin or homemade pumpkin puree
1/2 cup Bee Kind Vanilla Infused Honey or to taste
1/2 TSP pumpkin pie spice, plus extra for dusting on top, if desired
Pour all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Continue blending if you'd like it to be more frothy. Stir into coffee and enjoy!
