Infused Honey

"Infused": Soak in liquid to extract the flavour or healing properties.

All our infusions are made with whole herbs or flowers.  Some of these we distill to produce hydrosol (flavoured water).  We do this with our Lavender and Lemon flavours. We strongly believe in buying local, so whenever possible, we use locally sourced flowers, roots, and herbs.
