Sheet Pan Salmon with Bell Peppers & Garlic Infused Honey
This simple, delicious and nutritious dinner is a great addition to the weeknight recipe arsenal as it only takes about 30 minutes to make. Adapted from All Recipes.
Serves 4
Ingredients
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 4 salmon fillets, with skin on
- 3 bell peppers, yellow, orange or red or a mixture, cut into chunks
- 1 red onion, sliced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 TBSP olive oil
- 2 TBSP Bee Kind Garlic Infused Honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- Big handful of fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, sliced for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Grease sheet pan with 2 TBSP olive oil and pre-heat oven to 400C.
- Place salmon, skin side down, bell peppers and onions on sheet pan.
- Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, Bee Kind Garlic Infused Honey salt and cumin. Stir in red pepper flakes & parsley. Drizzle 2/3 of the sauce over salmon, peppers & onion.
- Bake in oven until salmon is cooked to your liking, about 10 minutes.
- Serve with remaining sauce drizzled over the top and lemon wedges on the side.
