Lavender Honey Earl Grey Iced Tea

There's nothing like a cool and refreshing iced tea on a hot summer's day!  This iced Earl Grey tea with the rich addition of our Lavender Infused Honey just takes it to a whole other level.  We won't tell if you want to add a little vodka and sip this at happy hour.

4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 Earl Grey Tea bags (we used Stash Tea)
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 2 TBSP Bee Kind Lavender Infused Honey or to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Boil water.  Add Earl Grey tea bags to a heat proof container and pour 4 cups boiling water over tea bags.  Let steep 2 hours.
  2. Remove tea bags.  Add Bee Kind Lavender Infused Honey and a couple of slices of lemon.  Let cool for a further two hours.
  3. Remove lemon slices.  Add 2 cups cold water (or to taste depending how strong you like your tea).
  4. Serve over ice. Garnish with lemon slices.
  5. Optional: stir in your favourite vodka for a happy hour pick-me-up.  Enjoy!
