Espresso Honey Marshmallows

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp grass-fed bovine gelatin  
  • 1 cup Bee Kind Espresso Infused Honey 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1 cup cold coffee  

Instructions

  • Add gelatin and 1/2 cup of cold coffee together in a mixing bowl.  Let sit.
  • Mix together Espresso Infused Honey, salt, and 1/2 cold coffee water in a saucepan.  Bring to a boil and cook for about 7-8 minutes (Don't let it go above 240 degrees).  
  • Slowly pour & mix the honey into the mixing bowl with gelatin.  Mix on high for about 10 minutes or until the mixture becomes thick (like marshmallow fluff).
  • Pour into a pan and let it sit in the fridge for about 2-3 hours. 
  • Remove from fridge, slice & enjoy!
